Build Your Own Organization
This project presents an organizational build for “GardenShare,” a community-focused mobile app that connects neighbors to share homegrown produce, trade gardening knowledge, and promote sustainable local food systems. I generated key data elements including a flat organizational structure (with defined roles: CEO, Chief Technology Officer, Product Manager, Application Developer, Information Technology Specialist), mission/philosophy statements and problem-solution descriptions. This work demonstrates my ability to collect strategic data, transform it into intuitive visual formats.
Situational Plan
This video presentation outlines a situational assessment and strategic roadmap for advancing “Clear That Clutter,” a home organization service. The slides visually break down the problem (transitioning from informal side work to an official operation), the selected 5C analysis method (+IC extension) with color-coded quadrants for Company, Collaborators, Customers, Competitors, Context, and Communications, and the resulting key insights (e.g., strengths like experience and marketing skills, low local competition, target audiences including busy professionals and families, social media focus on Instagram/TikTok/Facebook, and legal/insurance considerations. This work demonstrates my ability to structure, visualize, and present qualitative and strategic assessment data in a clear, stakeholder-friendly format to drive organizational performance improvements.

This assignment demonstrates my ability to generate and visualize data for decision-making analytics. It provides a complete digital marketing plan and budget for “Clear That Clutter,” a home organization and decluttering service. I generated key performance metrics (KPIs) such as monthly budget allocations, projected revenue, cost-per-acquisition estimates, and ROI targets; visualized them through bar charts, pie graphs, and a monthly budget dashboard; and analyzed market data (competitor pricing, SWOT insights, audience segmentation) to inform strategy. The plan includes content calendars, social media posting themes, paid search budgets, and tracking methods (engagement metrics, conversion goals, Google Analytics integration), all presented in clear, visual formats to communicate performance expectations, resource allocation, and potential outcomes to stakeholders. This work showcases my competency in transforming business data into actionable visuals and narratives that support informed marketing decisions, budget management, and performance monitoring for a small service-based organization.
